We will introduce the Learning portal www.ich-will-deutsch-lernen.de ("I want to learn German"). Using this portal helps to learn German from scratch up to the level B1. The portal is really helpful in teaching the vast number of refugees who have come to Germany last year. Providing the e-learning tool is not enough, though. You also need to provide access to the internet. In Saarland, we have therefore started implementing learning cafés for refugees.
